Founders' Journey

Peddle Plus One ERP was founded by, Manoj Bhanja and Harmeet Kohli, combining decades of experience in retail, technology, and business strategy. Harmeet, with over 30 years in retail, identified a market gap for an intuitive, scalable ERP, while Manoj, an MSc in IT with 18 years of experience having worked with several multinational software and automation companies built the robust tech foundation.

Harmeet Kohli brought strategic depth as Co-Founder, helping drive growth and scale. The platform began as an MVP used in Harmeet’s own retail venture, where its impact on operational efficiency validated its potential.
Encouraged by this success, the team launched Peddle Plus One ERP as a full-fledged retail ERP solution.
