My Hub Technologies’ B2C App is designed to bring customers back to local businesses
by offering live video call shopping for groceries, medicines, fashion, and more. My Hub Retail serves as the store’s digital counter. It provides sales tracking, stock management, and marketing tools while also enabling O to O (Online to-Offline) live commerce to recreate the in-store experience online. My Hub 360 delivers complete brand and outlet management. For brands and businesses with multiple outlets or territories, it offers enterprise-level control at an affordable cost.
The platform includes ERP with centralized sales, inventory, and pricing management, real-time store activity monitoring for instant performance insights, live field staff tracking with GPS route mapping, check-ins, and task assignments, as well as an integrated cloud inventory to keep all outlets in sync.
It also provides visual dashboards for sales trends, stock levels, and efficiency, along with multi-tier access control for managers, regional heads, and HQ teams. This gives growing businesses the same operational power as large retail chains without the heavy IT investment.
