Nishchal Chaudhary, FounderIt’s an ambitious mission from the union government of India: 100 percent electric mobility by 2030. Though we are addressing nearly an invisible participant having an industry share of merely 0.1 percent with a non-existent charging infrastructure & huge craters in energy supply, the auspicious determination from the delivery lane (both private-sector and government) makes us fancy a genuine green future.

Need of the hour is an approach tailor made for our country. Discerning this dire need while taking part in the ‘silent’ revolution is a Jaipur based startup – Batt:RE Electric Mobility, which is ideated and incubated with the purpose of achieving all inclusive and sustainable modes of transportation using renewable energy sources. While manifesting a pure dynamic product play through E-rickshaws, E-scooters, E-loaders, and E-cycles that ideally fit into the Indian subcontinent, Batt:RE on the other hand significantly aids in disseminating supporting structure and infusing the energy (battery) gaps with its broad service & infrastructure blueprints, and by
producing a wide range of Lithium batteries respectively.

Treating the Root-Cause
“Today, the mediocre efficiency of lead-acid batteries in terms of mileage, charging time and weight is one of the biggest hurdles in the way of consumer expectations. With our range of high-power Lithium batteries, we are going to be taking care of all these shortcomings cost-effectively at the right place and with optimum configuration,” asserts Nishchal Chaudhary, Founder, Batt:RE, who boasts of his two decades spanning professional experience across Accounting, Sales & Marketing.

Chanting its 3R mantra - RE:new for a sustainable Futu:RE, Batt:RE adopts LFP technology to bring about a long cycle life and better performance out of its batteries. In addition, since LFP batteries also support fast charge mode, users are further benefited with more running time as well. Nishchal adds, “Our batteries can help electric vehicles to improve the load capacity with light weight, small size, and high energy conversion efficiency”. Accounting to Lithium Ion Cells’ high energy density, the
company takes utmost care to ensure that all batteries meet the highest safety standards prior to leaving the facility. Moreover, with its capability to custom design a Lithium-Ion battery pack, Batt:RE bids a high bet on perfectly fitting your product’s sophisticated needs. From small single-cell packs to large battery packs, it designs safe and reliable solutions to meet your specifications.

Portraying the Bigger Picture
A Battery Swapping Station(BSS) is an effective approach in supplying power to the Electric Vehicles, while mitigating long waiting times in a Battery Charging Station (BCS). With plans to spread both BSS & BCS across the country, Batt:RE however envisions thriving a complete ecosystem, wherein its state-of-the-art energy storage endeavors will play an instrumental role. Indeed, the company today is oiling its R&D efforts to innovate through the value chain and align with the ultimate vision of 2030.

Under the aegis of Nishchal and his highly experienced entrepreneur buddies - Manish Sharma & Ashwini Mehta (co-founders), and owing to the efforts of an innovative team, Batt:RE within merely months has come a long way from where it began. Nevertheless, there is a long way to go. Looking forward to a turnover of Rs.100 crore by 2023, the company today strives to expand its sales channel, opening the doorway big time for dealers. “Future is everyone’s responsibility. ‘Batt:RE’ is our contribution towards reducing carbon footprint, noise pollution, traffic issues, and thus creating a greener planet,” concludes Nishchal.
