The global industrial automation market is projected to touch $352.2 billion by the end of 2024, growing at a 6.6 percent CAGR over the projected period (Transparency Market Research Report). However, the skill gap between what the manufacturing industry needs and what the graduates know must be closed before the industry can make full use of industrial automation. Hence, the industry and the academia should work together to build a strong repository of automation skills before the crisis reaches critical state. Cochin-based Ingenious Power and Control Systems’ (IPCS) industrial automation training programs are designed to map and bridge this gap. Its curriculum is designed for the job seekers and working professionals, and is imparted by trained experts holding yearsof industry experience. Additionally, being into Projects, Products, Training and Consulting services empowers IPCS to design syllabus (industry endorsed) considering not just the present, but the future needs of the industry too.

Further, its Industrial Networking is a program for experienced engineers to familiarize about different industrial protocols and communication systems. All these programs are certified by BSS and STED Council by Central Government of India, TUV Rheinland Germany, DELTA and Allen Bradley, DEHN Germany and others.
