The Journey
Initially, the wide usage of the refrigerator made Dnyanesh Joshi, Co-founder, CHR work on refrigeration technology as well as CAR AC and later started working dedicatedly on Air conditioner machines. Mr. Joshi also
started his spare parts bank which helped him respond to customers much faster. From windows AC to split AC and from Non-inverter (fix speed) Technology to Inverter technology he learned everything from scratch and also took required training as well as attended exhibitions related to this industry to learn new technologies and trends in the market.
In 2014, after training and assisting in the installation of a few cold storages, CHR started providing installation and maintenance services on its own and has built more than 20 cold storages in Sindhudurga and Ratnagiri District till now. Looking at the growing demand for good maintenance service, CHR built a team of 12 technicians and presently is the authorized service provider for many of the brands in the market.
Striving for Consumer Satisfaction
Coming to the service part, CHR provides installation as well as maintenance services for air-conditioning and refrigeration, commercial deep freezers and visicoolers, cold storage, and commercial chillers. The firm is also an authorized service center for brands like Cruise, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, O’General, and so on. The firm also provides efficient spare parts support and provides the fastest and most efficient service by all means. CHR can both repair as well as replace spare parts which makes them very reliable. The firm manufactures some of the solutions in its workshop and also provides Annual Maintenance Contracts to its clients.
The whole firm work as a single family. The employees are initially hired as helpers and after a year of apprenticeship completed, they get promoted to technicians. Due to his personal experience as a technician in his early years, Dnyanesh Joshi, Co-Founder of CHR understands the training requirements well enough to know what and where the technicians need guidance and provides it to them beforehand. Now with a total of 20 employees, CHR has installed more than 7000 Air conditioners along with providing the best customer service to its clients.
CHR’s belief in technology and innovations has helped them grow around 30% every year. The organization is also aiming to be the best service provider in the market by 2025. “Coming time will be only for those, who can provide better and best services in the market.
