Proper guidance to plumber in the site is another bottleneck for Watertec’s institutional sales structure. In order to fix this problem, Watertec offers pre sales service by which company technician would visit the site, give them a guidance to fix the product in the right method, and this would solve the maintenance issue to a large extent. With the in-house manufacturing units, the Watertec R&D team can even modify a product based on the customer requirement.
